- Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class start time. Class begins promptly; no late arrivals unless arrangements have been made prior.
- Please silence cell phones & leave with personal belongings in a cubby space provided.

I have never done yoga before. Where should I start? …Mindful Movement~a 45 minute class designed with alignment in mind. Move slowly, making consciously wise choices for your unique body. This class is appropriate for all levels. Zen Flow~a slow, contemplative class with movement to begin and slow, longer, restorative postures to complete. One hour.
How often should I practice? …Once you start your practice, you will want to attend everyday because you’ll realize how much better you feel! If everyday is not accessible, try 2-3 days per week.
Do I need my own mat? …Nope! The studio has quality mats and Yogitoes towels (for hot yoga) to rent for $3, or you may purchase your own. All other props are provided.
What do I wear? …Comfortable clothing. If you’re comfortable, then it’s for yoga.
What should I bring? …You may bring your own mat and props if you’d like. Bring a towel as you might break a sweat. Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated. Water is available.
Should I eat before class? …It is recommended to eat at least 2 hours prior to class. If necessary, a very light snack is ok 45 minutes prior.
Is there a changing room/shower? …We do not have a shower on premise, however we do have a changing room and a unisex restroom.
I am pregnant. Is yoga right for me? …Absolutely! Yoga is recommended throughout pregnancy for a healthy baby and delivery. In fact, many practitioners try yoga for the first time during pregnancy. Modifications for any pose can be offered for the expecting mother. Expecting mamas are discouraged from heated classes.
