100% organic, bullsh**-free yoga

What Sets us Apart

Welcome to Abilene’s first fully dedicated yoga studio located in the heart of historic downtown. We serve our community by providing the most accessible yoga you’ll ever find. Not flexible? No problem! Got anxiety? That’s okay! Our mission is to create a community of unique individuals who are interested in their own health and well-being in order live life to its fullest potential. Founder and Kansas native, Soleyah Brittian, moved to Abilene in 2009, after exploring Nutrition and Wellness in Chicago. Having spent more than a decade in food & beverage/restaurant management, Soleyah decided it was finally time to fulfill her life-long passion of health & wellness, and settle down with her family in Abilene. HapiSoul opened its doors in June of 2015, and continues to blossom & grow. We won’t stop until everyone has access to a happier and healthier version of themselves. The studio also showcases local artists with some amazing pieces of work. Be sure to visit and see what we’re all about!

From the founder:

Not all yoga is created equally. It is my job to keep you safe, and I take my job very seriously. I practiced Yoga Asana for 7 years before diving into my first 200 hour training.  I see yoga education as a continuous journey, where there is no end. I am both teacher and student. Constantly working on ways to make OUR studio better, I personally assure everyone who walks through those doors the best class yet!  They say if you don’t want to change your life, then never step foot on a yoga mat. Once you do there is no turning back. Something inside awakens. Yoga is a uniquely personal journey for each individual and there is always something new to discover. So exciting, right?!

There are many different styles of yoga, however, my aim is to keep the practice simple so that anyone can find their own love for it, yet challenging enough to keep you coming back. The ultimate goal here is to give you a space to reprieve from the stresses of everyday life and focus on some time for your SELF, in order to practice smart choices off the mat. Yoga is not so much an escape from everyday life, but a sacred practice to help live life more fully. When we take the time to nourish our own health, we encourage others to do the same.  I firmly believe yoga is more than just a physical exercise- it is a workout for your mind and spirit as well. Here at HapiSoul we cover all the bases, from yoga philosophy to breathing & meditation, nutritional awareness, taking care of our bodies and our environment, while cultivating a deeper love for ourselves, as well as others.

I look forward to practicing with you!
